Art Submission Guidelines

The District Gallery welcomes artists to submit artwork for review. We exhibit fine art and craft by professional artists residing in the United States.

Please do not call the gallery regarding submissions or visit the gallery with the expectation of a portfolio review. This policy allows us to focus on clients and provide them with the best possible service.

We only review images submitted via the following form, or by CD/DVD delivered via post mail.

Please submit images that are representative of your most current work.

  • please submit 6 – 12 high resolution (2 – 5 MB each) jpegs on CD/DVD (please note: we do not return image discs)
  • indicate the title, medium/substrate, dimensions, and retail price of each image
  • include a current artist bio, statement, and artist resume

Due to the volume of submissions we receive, artist portfolios are reviewed quarterly. After the review process, our staff will contact you to set up an appointment if we are interested in representing your work. We kindly ask that you allow us several weeks for the review process.
